Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • A completed return form must accompany your package
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear unless items are defective or incorrect. All other categories including Outerwear, Footwear, and Knitwear are eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund:

  • Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval
  • Method: Refunds will be processed through your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
