  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
  • Completed return form required

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear and Swimwear unless items are defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
